Wash and peel the mangoes
Chopped small pieces
Add salt and keep in a pot for atleast 4 to 5 hours
Now squeeze well and spread on a muslin cloth for drying in strong sunlight of 2 days
Don't throw the liquid which is obtained by squeezing the mangoes
Now after drying again place these mango pieces in this liquid
Add pepper powder ,heeng and sugar
Mix well
Now fill in an airtight jar
Keep this jar in sunlight for 2 to 3 days
After 15 days pickle is ready to eat
This pickle can be kept for many years
Precaution is no touching of wet hands or spoon
